Problème désinstallation SOPHOS

Suivre ces instructions pour nettoyer le poste client de toute traces SOPHOS existantes avant de le réinstaller. 


ARRET DES SERVICES SOPHOS
- Arrêtez tous les services Sophos dans les services Windows (services.msc)
(Note En cas de problème avec l'antialtréation, désactivez cette fonctionnement en mode sans en suivant cet article http://sophos.com/kb/124377)

DESINSTALLATION DES COMPOSANTS SOPHOS ET NETTOYAGE DES EMPLACEMENTS
- Désinstaller tous les composants Sophos que vous trouverez dans le désinstalleur de programmes Windows en SUIVANT l'ordre indiqué dans l'étape 5 de cet article https://sophos.com/kb/12360 
- Redémarrer le poste puis renommez et supprimez tous les sous-répertoires des dossiers: 
• C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Sophos\
• C:\Programmes\Sophos\
• C:\ProgramData\Sophos\

VERIFICATION DE LA BASE DE REGISTRE
Important: Sauvegardez la base de registre avant toute modification.
Vérifiez et supprimez si présents, les clés Sophos dans ces emplacements:

VERIFICATION VIA L'OUTIL FIX IT

Afin de s'assurer qu'aucune clé de registre du produit ne soit restée dans la Base de Registre, veuillez télécharger l'outil Microsoft Fix-IT à cette adresse suivante https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed

 

Ensuite exécutez cet outil sur le matériel, sélectionnez "Désinstallation", il scannera la base de registre et vous indiquera les éventuels composants sophos restants à supprimer.


Redémarrez le poste et reprotégez-le en utilisant un exécutable récemment téléchargé
